What Mortimer is not

Let's get one thing straight: Mortimer is NOT an AI that might run at large on your computer!

Then tell me quick what Mortimer is!?

Mortimer is an opinionated butler (or personal assistant if you like) that will manage your time or at least help you manage your time. Mortimer has got a set of skills to aid in the management.

Where Mortimer excels the most

Every product and every service has a domain of excellence - Mortimer is no different! Read this small-ish piece about the reason why Mortimer exist in todays AI supported business environment.

You can peruse the user (interface) guides to get a clearer picture of the ways Mortimer will help you, and when ready to dip your toes head over here and login.

I'm not sold yet - name 3 reasons why I should login!

Economical

Mortimer is probably the cheapest time & attendance service in most of Europe. We can not do anything about the price for your ERP, but we sure can do something about making your data entry as easy and affordable as can be!

Fast

With most services, you will setup contacts, projects, products, more. Then you can start registering time spent on tasks. Even then you most likely will have to export data from the service and import it to your ERP system.

With Mortimer you integrate with your ERP system, then you add a task. If a contact is missing - add what info you have and Mortimer will try to make do; same goes for product and delegated to.

From the prompt you could say "add 12 minutes to Jake's work on drawings for building 2 for Acme Inc yesterday"

Effective & Secure

Mortimer does not instruct the ERP to send invoices (or other actions). Mortimer uploads invoices/contacts/products when instructed to. So you could have a 2-tier control in place: 1) Validate on Mortimer, and 2) Verifying invoice drafts prior to approving and sending them.

All your actions on Mortimer can be performed from your cell - allowing you to do "bureaucratic chores" whenever you have a moment.

Nope!

Fair enough!

May we ask why? It would mean a lot if you would spent 2-3 paragraphs time emailing us your concerns. Who knows, we might be able to add a feature to releave the concern!
