Invoice

Overview

Invoices are commercial snapshots: invoice lines keep their own description, quantity/unit, prices, tax, and totals so historical documents stay stable even when products or pricing rules later change.

Create and manage invoices

  1. Open Invoices from the tenant area.
  2. Use Add invoice to create a draft invoice for a customer.
  3. Open an invoice to manage invoice items from the InvoiceItems Card.
  4. Add/edit/delete invoice items using the built-in <dialog> flows.

Delete is only allowed while an invoice is in draft status.

Search and navigation

  • Use the invoice search field to filter by invoice number or customer name.
  • Select an invoice row (number - customer) to open details.

Download and export

Invoices can be downloaded as:

  • PDF
  • YAML
  • JSON
  • CSV

You can export:

  • a single invoice from the invoice detail/header card,
  • or all currently searched invoices from the invoices index download action.

The export dialog displays the number of documents to be produced.
