Sync Products

This guide explains the Product sync flow and the expected infinite scroll behavior in list pages.

Product Sync

Open Products and choose the Sync action.

The sync form supports:

• Update: pull products from the connected accounting integration and update local records.
• Empty and update: delete products, invoices, and invoice items, then pull again.
• Pull from date: optional date filter for changed records.
• Pull only: skip push-back of local products that have no integration mapping.

When pull-only is not checked, local products without external mappings are pushed to the integration and mapped.

Infinite Scroll End State

Products, Contacts, and Invoices all load the first page quickly and lazy-load next pages while scrolling.

When no more records are available, the list shows a terminal marker:

• No more products
• No more contacts
• No more invoices
